IT Business Developer – Luxembourg

About the role

We are seeking an IT Business Developer to expand and manage our client portfolio in Luxembourg. Working closely with the director, you will drive sales of IT solutions and act as the primary liaison between our company and its customers.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and sell IT infrastructure solutions.
• Increase turnover and sales margins according to the director’s strategy.
• Negotiate contracts in line with pricing and margin guidelines.
• Gather market feedback and serve as the interface between clients and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of activities in the provided CRM system.
• Collaborate with the IT department and external consultants to deliver tailored solutions.

Required profile

• Fluent English; additional language (French, German or Luxembourgish) a plus.
• Strong affinity for the Luxembourg IT sector.
• Technical sales degree or equivalent.
• Experience ranging from junior level up to 10 years.
• Proactive, independent, organised, assertive and resilient.
• Reliable, diplomatic and knowledgeable in sales techniques.
