Investment Funds Lawyer

About the role
BSP, a leading independent law firm in Luxembourg, is expanding its Investment Funds team. The firm seeks a qualified lawyer to provide transactional and advisory services for a range of investment fund structures.
Key responsibilities
- Advise on the creation of funds under Luxembourg regulatory and corporate frameworks.
- Draft fund documentation and liaise with the local regulator.
- Handle day‑to‑day legal, operational and administrative issues for funds.
- Support investment managers, fund promoters and boards on regulatory matters.
- Assist with AIFM and UCITS Management Company authorisations and PSF licences.
Required profile
- Qualified lawyer admitted to List I, II or List IV as a foreign lawyer.
- Relevant academic background for investment‑funds practice.
- Minimum of three years of experience in fund law.
- Fluent in English and French; Italian is a plus.
- Flexible, organised, results‑oriented and reliable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
