International IT Services Specialist (80-100%)

About the role

The International IT Services Specialist provides on‑site and remote technical support to Lombard Odier users across multiple offices. You will install, maintain, and repair hardware and software, collaborate with infrastructure teams, and may lead small projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support Microsoft technologies: Windows 11, Office 365, Teams.
• Manage Mobile Device Management for iOS and Android devices.
• Assist network infrastructure under Level 3 supervision and perform second‑level troubleshooting.
• Maintain and update the CMDB (NetBox) and coordinate with the Systems Team on ESX infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and patch laptops, desktops, servers, switches, and printers.
• Support Citrix environments (XenApp, XenDesktop) and keep software/hardware inventory current.
• Help prepare budgets, manage contracts, and negotiate with local vendors.
• Oversee contractor work during office moves, shutdowns, and openings.
• Provide user guidance, support Independent Asset Managers, and maintain documentation and internal wiki.
• Participate in group projects and act as a point of contact for Business Continuity Plan activation.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of proven experience in IT technical support.
• Strong expertise in installing, maintaining and troubleshooting Windows 11 systems.
