Information Security Officer

About the role

The Information Security Officer will join Utmost International’s Information Security Department in Luxembourg, reporting to the Information Security Manager. The role focuses on day‑to‑day information security tasks, risk management, governance, audit support, access management and incident monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Undertake internal security assessments and create action plans with business units.
• Perform operational security tasks and follow‑up actions to ensure effectiveness of existing controls.
• Review, maintain and design security controls in line with evolving business, legal and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct access rights entitlement reviews and validate requests.
• Develop relationships with business units to promote information security, risk and governance.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors on information security audits.
• Carry out risk assessments and execute risk treatment plans.
• Analyse and support remediation of information security incidents.

Required profile

• Studies or initial experience in risk management, information security and IT.
• 4‑5 years of experience in Information Security or IT Security.
• Technical background in security technologies and architectures.
• Knowledge of technological trends in IT and information security.
• Strong communication, ownership, problem‑solving and service‑orientation.
