IMAC Support Engineer (French/English)

About the role

We are looking for an IMAC Support Engineer who can work fluently in French and English to install, configure and maintain desktop environments for our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth workstation moves, upgrades and replacements while providing first‑line technical assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and deploy desktops, laptops, docking stations, monitors and peripherals.
• Manage IMAC requests, including workstation moves, hardware replacements and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Support workplace technologies such as Windows 11, Microsoft 365, printers and mobile devices.
• Perform asset management, stock control and inventory updates.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and operational procedures.
• Escalate complex incidents when necessary and follow up until resolution.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in French and good level of English.
• At least 1 year of experience in IT support, desktop support or IMAC services.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
