HR Administration Officer (Nearshore)

About the role

Forvis Mazars, a global audit, tax, advisory and consulting firm operating in over 100 countries, is looking for an HR Administration Officer (nearshore) to join its teams as soon as possible. The role covers the day-to-day administrative management of employees and absence management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee administration: prepare and process documents, handle on-boarding and off-boarding, maintain the HR system, process overtime, order lunch vouchers and Sympass cards, and set up mandatory medical examinations for new joiners.
• Handle absence: follow up sick, exceptional and paid leave, enter data into Workday (HRIS), review illness certificates, report to the Luxembourg Social Security authority and reconcile reimbursements, and follow up maternity, paternity and parental leave requests.
• Follow up immigration paperwork for candidates and staff.
• Support the HR team in the new ERP implementation and end-user adoption, and take part in HR projects aligned with business needs.

Required profile

• Degree at bac +2/3 level.
• Previous experience in an administrative role.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Strong sense of confidentiality, organization, rigor and autonomy, and good communication skills.

Required skills

• Very good computer skills, especially Excel.
• Workday (HRIS).
