Full-Stack Software Engineer (Java / Python)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Full-Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud‑native applications. You will work in Agile Scrum teams, contributing to both back‑end and front‑end development while ensuring high quality and reliability of our production systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver shippable features using Java/Spring and Python frameworks (FastAPI, Django, Flask).
• Build and maintain cloud‑native services with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Contribute to front‑end development using Angular or similar modern frameworks.
• Write clean, testable code and create automated unit/integration tests with pytest and unittest.
• Design and optimise database models using SQLAlchemy, Alembic, and relational databases.
• Participate in technical design discussions, architecture decisions, and mentor junior developers.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, collaborate with DevOps, and monitor application performance.
• Maintain technical documentation and support incident resolution.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in demanding software engineering environments.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a continuous learning mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, Agile setting.
