Full Stack Developer

About the role

Redspher is seeking a Full‑Stack Developer with strong TypeScript and React expertise to join its business‑oriented development team. You will work on core logistics applications, delivering end‑to‑end features while collaborating closely with product owners and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full‑stack features using React (TypeScript) and Node.js services.
• Translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
• Operate within an AWS cloud environment and manage REST APIs.
• Participate in architectural and technical decision‑making.
• Contribute to AI‑driven platform evolution, including agent‑based architectures and automation.
• Prototype and explore emerging AI technologies such as LLMs, MCP, and intelligent workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Full‑Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React.
• Business‑driven, pragmatic mindset with curiosity for innovation.
• Hands‑on experience or strong interest in AI technologies (LLMs, agents, automation).
• Comfortable working in an international, multilingual environment.
• Additional experience with PHP for legacy system integration is a plus.
