FSQ Area Europe 3PO Manager

About the role

The FSQ Area Europe 3PO Manager is based at Ferrero’s headquarters in Luxembourg and reports to the Area FSQ Manager Europe. The role oversees industrial and commercial third‑party suppliers across Europe, ensuring they meet Ferrero’s food safety and quality (FSQ) contract standards.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and monitor commercial and industrial third‑party suppliers, acting as the Ferrero line referent for business issues.
• Coordinate FSQ homologation audits, generate audit reports, and manage qualification action plans.
• Verify contract completeness regarding food safety and quality requirements.
• Supervise supplier adherence to agreed FSQ specifications and conduct regular inspections.
• Manage non‑conformities, trigger escalation processes, and support continuous improvement of FSQ procedures.
• Develop and lead regional and local teams, allocating resources for effective FSQ governance.

Required profile

• Strong experience in food safety, quality assurance, and third‑party supplier management within a multinational environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and coordinate audits across multiple countries.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess supplier performance and drive corrective actions.

Required skills

• Knowledge of FSQ standards, audit methodologies, and supplier qualification processes.
• Familiarity with contract review and compliance monitoring.
• Ability to manage non‑conformities and implement escalation procedures.
