About the role
We are seeking a highly autonomous Freelance Executive Assistant to support the daily operations of a high‑level network and association serving the family office and wealth‑management ecosystem. The role is fully remote and involves coordinating members, events, and governance activities while interacting with senior stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Manage member administration, including onboarding, welcome packs, and relationship follow‑up.
- Prepare and dispatch invitations for premium networking events, knowledge sessions and working groups.
- Handle invoicing, payment follow‑ups and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
- Coordinate logistics for major annual gatherings (summer and winter) and liaise with external vendors.
- Support organization of monthly or ad‑hoc meetings, working groups and technical committees.
- Maintain proper coordination between stakeholders and ensure governance processes are followed.
Required profile
- Fluent in French and English.
- Strong organizational abilities with capacity to manage multiple topics simultaneously.
- Highly autonomous, proactive and able to take ownership of tasks.
- Comfortable working remotely, with approximately one day per week (flexible) and additional availability during peak periods.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for interaction with senior stakeholders.
Required skills
- Basic IT or website management skills.
