Founding Product Manager – Full Remote – SaaS

About the role

Gojiberry is an AI‑native B2B platform that helps go‑to‑market teams identify, target and engage ideal customers. As the Founding Product Manager you will work directly with the founders to shape the product from strategy to pixel‑perfect execution.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the founders on product vision, roadmap and strategic bets.
• Lead end‑to‑end discovery activities, including customer interviews, problem framing and opportunity sizing.
• Design product flows and high‑fidelity mockups in Figma alongside engineering.
• Define and ship features across the ICP builder, agent infrastructure and outreach engine.
• Build tight feedback loops with sales leaders, founders and GTM teams.
• Leverage AI tools (Claude, Cursor, v0, lovable, etc.) to accelerate design, research and delivery cycles.
• Set the bar for product quality, taste and velocity as the team scales.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, preferably in sales‑tech, GTM tooling or CRM.
• Top‑tier academic background (grande école or equivalent).
• Strong fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bias toward shipping, pragmatic decision‑making and a founder mindset.

Required skills

• Figma (design, prototype and iterate).
• AI tooling such as Claude, Cursor, v0, lovable.
