Finance Associate – Luxembourg

About the role

Blackstone is expanding its Luxembourg Finance team and seeks a motivated Finance Associate. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will work across valuation, risk management, NAV review and oversight of service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform investment valuation analysis and support due‑diligence on valuations.
• Review net asset value (NAV) calculations and coordinate audit data collection.
• Monitor risk, conduct risk analyses and prepare related reports.
• Oversee finance functions, including due‑diligence of strategic partners and service providers.
• Support onboarding of new activities, products and automation projects.
• Assist governance processes, management decision‑making and information access.
• Handle ad‑hoc administrative requests as needed.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Financial Engineering or related field (CFA a plus).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in financial services, preferably at a Big 4 or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of alternative investment industry drivers and regulations.
• Ability to work on varied assignments and projects of different sizes.
• Analytical, organized, proactive and rigorous work style.
