Facilities Technician

About the role

The NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) is seeking a Facilities Technician to support its multicultural environment in Luxembourg. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards in cleaning, waste management, sustainability, asset management, service contracts and procurement.

Key responsibilities

• Execute cleaning and waste‑management operations in accordance with agency standards.
• Support sustainability initiatives and monitor related performance.
• Manage assets, service contracts and procurement processes for facility services.
• Prepare clear and concise technical and administrative reports.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across diverse nationalities.

Required profile

• Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with at least 3 years of related experience, or secondary education with 5 years of experience.
• Strong written, oral and presentation communication skills.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural awareness.
