Facilities Handyman (Associate Level)

About the role

EY is looking for a motivated Facilities Handyman to support the Facilities Coordinator and Operations Teams. This hands‑on position ensures that all office buildings remain safe, functional, and comfortable for employees and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance and repairs covering electricity, plumbing, HVAC, minor carpentry, painting, and furniture assembly.
• Assist with office moves, furniture installations, and event set‑ups.
• Conduct regular building inspections (lighting, ventilation, signage, safety equipment) and report any issues.
• Manage and log incidents, breakdowns, and urgent repairs.
• Support waste‑management processes and clean technical areas.
• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers as needed.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
• Report directly to the Facilities Coordinator.

Required profile

• Basic technical knowledge of electricity, plumbing, HVAC, and minor repairs.
• Fluent in French and basic English.
• Reliable, autonomous, flexible and able to work at heights.
• Team‑oriented with a strong customer‑service mindset.
• Valid driver’s licence.
