Experienced Python / Java Software Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Python/Java Software Engineer to join a forward‑thinking tech environment. You will work in agile Scrum teams, delivering high‑quality, scalable solutions and mentoring junior developers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver shippable features as part of dynamic Scrum teams.
• Design and implement innovative solutions to enhance product capabilities.
• Contribute to technical decisions, best practices, and architecture.
• Support and mentor junior developers, sharing expertise.

Required profile

• Agile mindset with strong teamwork and learning orientation.
• Excellent communication in English; French is a plus.
• Passionate about cloud technologies, DevOps and modern architectures.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented and collaborative.

Required skills

• Strong experience in Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask).
• Solid OOP and clean‑code practices.
• Testing frameworks (pytest, unittest).
• SQLAlchemy, Alembic and relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server).
• Package management with Poetry.
• Familiarity with Pandas (nice to have) and front‑end frameworks such as Angular.
• DevOps tools: Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Bonus: Java, Spring, Maven.
