ERP Project Manager

About the role

Resultance, a consulting group and Odoo Gold Partner based in Luxembourg, seeks an ERP Project Manager to lead complex ERP implementations and support clients on their digital transformation journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business needs, define project scope and design functional/technical solutions on Odoo.
• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery, managing planning, budget, resources and risks.
• Coordinate stakeholders including consultants, developers and clients.
• Oversee configuration, development and integration phases while ensuring quality deliverables.
• Provide clear project updates, training, change‑management support and drive user adoption.
• Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities and contribute to business development.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of ERP project‑management experience covering full implementation cycles.
• Strong understanding of core business processes such as supply chain, finance, sales and production.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.
• Analytical, autonomous, structured and able to manage multiple projects in fast‑evolving environments.

Required skills

• Proven experience with ERP systems; Odoo knowledge is a strong asset.
