Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR)

About the role

Base360.ai is looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to create and launch a new product or business vertical within its AI operating system platform for B2C brands. You will act as a founder‑type leader, leveraging the company’s engineering, design, AI infrastructure and customer base to validate and scale a high‑impact opportunity.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate high‑potential market opportunities that align with Base360.ai’s AI platform.
• Conduct customer research, validate problems, and define a clear product vision and go‑to‑market strategy.
• Work closely with engineering, product, design and AI teams to build and launch the solution quickly.
• Recruit, inspire and lead a multidisciplinary team as the venture grows.
• Own growth, adoption, customer success and financial performance of the new business.
• Present progress and results directly to the founders and executive team.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias toward action.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical and execution capabilities.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and creating structure.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, able to recruit and manage high‑performing teams.
• Passion for AI technologies and building products people love.

Required skills

• Experience with AI‑enabled products or platforms (e.g., natural language processing, conversational AI).
• Product development and market validation expertise.
• Ability to design and implement go‑to‑market and growth strategies.
