Enterprise Architect

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to define and drive the target enterprise architecture and overall IT landscape at an organizational level. You will play a pivotal role in shaping digital transformation initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and aligning technology solutions with business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the target enterprise architecture and capability map linking business capabilities to applications.
• Establish and enforce architecture standards, principles, and best practices.
• Develop transformation roadmaps and support strategic decision‑making at the CIO level.
• Lead modernization projects, including AI adoption and emerging technologies.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, NIS2, data classification, and business continuity requirements.
• Chair the Architecture Review Board, conduct reviews, and arbitrate make‑or‑buy decisions.
• Maintain cross‑domain alignment across business, application, and data layers.
• Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to guarantee solution consistency and integration.
• Manage the application portfolio and architecture repositories such as ARIS and ServiceNow.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture, with at least 3 years in an architect role.
• Proven track record in defining target architecture, roadmaps, and governance frameworks.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Enterprise architecture modelling tools (e.g., ARIS).
• ServiceNow platform.
• Knowledge of EA frameworks such as TOGAF.
