Enterprise Architect – Enterprise & IT Landscape Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to define and drive the target enterprise architecture and IT landscape across the organization. You will work closely with senior leadership to shape digital transformation initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise architecture vision, capability map, and transformation road‑maps.
• Establish and enforce architecture standards, principles, and best practices.
• Lead the Architecture Review Board, conduct reviews, and arbitrate make‑or‑buy decisions.
• Support strategic decision‑making at the CIO level and drive AI adoption and emerging technology projects.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (GDPR, NIS2) and business continuity requirements.
• Maintain the application portfolio and architecture repositories such as ARIS and ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to guarantee cross‑domain alignment.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture, with at least 3 years in an architect role.
• Proven track record defining target architectures, road‑maps, and governance frameworks.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

Required skills

• ARIS (enterprise architecture modelling tool).
• ServiceNow (architecture repository management).
• Knowledge of EA frameworks such as TOGAF.
