End User Technology Agent

About the role

The End User Technology Agent will serve as the onsite point of contact for local users at the Luxembourg office, delivering prompt and professional support for desktops, laptops, telephony, networking and business applications. The role combines hands‑on technical work with strong customer‑facing skills to keep the office’s IT environment running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support for the office, including troubleshooting and repairing laptops and desktops.
• Maintain the office IT infrastructure and manage EUC hardware.
• Deliver L2/L3 support to the Service Desk for end‑user technology issues.
• Support Windows 365 infrastructure and endpoint devices.
• Configure and maintain video‑conference and meeting‑room solutions.
• Deploy IT equipment for new starters and collect equipment from leavers.
• Provide printer support and hands‑on assistance for remote teams.
• Perform network cabling, patching, and support office moves and setups.
• Manage IT asset inventory and oversee phone provisioning, including Microsoft Teams for Voice.
• Collaborate with vendors and local office management on technology requirements.
• Communicate progress of IT requests clearly and promptly to users.

Required profile

• Strong balance of basic technical knowledge and customer‑facing abilities.
• Ability to work independently on onsite issues and coordinate with the IT Operations lead.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward problem resolution.

Required skills

• Windows 365 and Windows operating system expertise.
• L2/L3 technical support experience.
• Desktop and laptop repair and configuration.
