Director - Regulatory Solutions

About the role

Broadridge is seeking a Director of Regulatory Solutions to represent the company within Luxembourg's asset management and funds ecosystem. The role focuses on building senior relationships with management companies, fund administrators, depositories, and asset managers while providing strategic insight on regulatory developments.

Key responsibilities

• Strengthen Broadridge’s presence and relationships across the Luxembourg financial services market.
• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients in Luxembourg.
• Monitor relevant regulatory and policy developments across Luxembourg and the wider EU landscape.
• Provide strategic insight to stakeholders on regulatory developments, industry changes, and market trends.
• Represent Broadridge with relevant industry organisations, including key Luxembourg and European associations.
• Develop expertise in Broadridge’s regulatory reporting solutions to support client‑facing and commercial discussions.

Required profile

• 5–10 years’ experience within the Luxembourg asset management or asset servicing ecosystem.
• Background as a senior professional at a ManCo, fund administrator, depository, asset manager, regulatory advisory/consulting firm or Big Four.
• Well‑established network and recognised presence within the Luxembourg fund industry.
• Strong understanding of Luxembourg fund structures, regulation, and the broader industry landscape.
• Demonstrated ability in relationship‑building, stakeholder management, and operating independently at senior industry level.
• Fluent in English and French; German is a plus.

• Knowledge of AIFMD regulatory framework.
• Knowledge of MiFID regulatory framework.
• Knowledge of Solvency II regulatory framework.
