Digital Transformation & Controlling Manager – Finance & Real Estate

About the role

We are partnering with a family office in Luxembourg to create a new Digital Transformation and Controlling Manager position. The role combines full‑cycle financial control with the leadership of a large‑scale digital transformation of finance systems across a multi‑entity real‑estate portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, deployment and optimisation of a complete financial and reporting software suite (ERP, consolidation API, reporting, BI).
• Act as business owner of finance systems, ensuring alignment with group needs, scalability and data‑quality improvements.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and external integrators throughout implementation phases.
• Develop and maintain group‑level controlling and reporting frameworks for real‑estate entities, including KPIs such as asset performance, cash flow, yield, occupancy, capex and debt metrics.
• Produce management reporting for senior leadership and support ad‑hoc projects such as acquisitions, restructurings, refinancings and portfolio analysis.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in financial controlling, reporting or finance transformation.
• Proven track record deploying a full finance/reporting software suite in a multi‑entity environment.
• Fluent in English and French; German is a plus.
• Strong exposure to real‑estate asset management and cross‑border environments.
