Data Scientist & ML Engineer – AI & Analytics

About the role

As a Data Scientist / ML Engineer at Flibco, you will create and ship machine‑learning models that directly influence pricing, demand forecasting, customer intelligence and route performance. Working closely with Data Engineers on a modern Snowflake and dbt stack, you will own the end‑to‑end process from problem definition to production deployment and measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deploy predictive models that support operational and commercial decision‑making.
• Design and analyse experiments to validate data‑driven hypotheses and measure business impact.
• Build machine‑learning solutions to improve customer understanding, retention and lifetime value.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to productionise models, including monitoring, alerting and automated retraining pipelines.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of data quality and model performance.
