Dart Quality Assurance Lead (Remote)

About the role

This contract position is for a Dart Quality Assurance Lead who will oversee the quality and consistency of AI‑generated Dart code across training projects. Working remotely, you will guide trainers, review code, and ensure that deliverables meet strict technical and documentation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Spot‑check Dart items and provide timely feedback via Discord direct messages.
• Review AI‑generated Dart code, Flutter snippets, debugging responses, tests, and explanations for correctness, null‑safety, async handling, and overall readability.
• Communicate guideline updates and Dart‑specific standards to the contributor community.
• Answer technical questions about Dart syntax, Flutter widgets, state management, and related tooling.
• Maintain style guides, trackers, FAQs, calibration tasks, and onboarding materials.
• Support remote teams of trainers, engineers, and reviewers, ensuring alignment with project rubrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong command of English for clear technical feedback.
• 3+ years of professional experience with Dart, Flutter, or mobile frontend development.
• Experience leading or supporting remote QA or trainer teams.
• Comfortable using Discord, Google Sheets/Docs, GitHub, and project‑management dashboards.

Required skills

• Dart language features: null safety, classes, mixins, extensions, generics, collections, futures, streams, isolates, packages, error handling.
• Flutter framework knowledge: widgets, state management, pub.dev packages, unit/widget testing, integration testing, build tools, mobile app architecture.
• Version control and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub).
• Familiarity with AI training data workflows and rubric‑based code review is a plus.
