Customer Service Representative

About the role

As a Customer Service Representative at Ampacet, you will be the primary point of contact between our customers and the company, ensuring smooth order processing, effective communication, and high levels of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Process sales orders, confirming availability, delivery timelines, lead times, and pricing.
• Act as liaison among customers, production plants, and sales representatives to meet special order requirements.
• Conduct daily follow‑ups on open orders to guarantee on‑time deliveries.
• Prepare orders for invoicing after shipment.
• Handle customer complaints and service requests, delivering prompt resolutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Trade Relations or a related field.
• Fluency in three languages, including English and any two of Dutch, French, Italian, or German.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and written communication (email) skills.
• Accountable, respectful, and resilient in a changing environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
