Customer Service Representative – Flexible Hours

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Pommerloch. Working Monday to Friday with highly flexible hours, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring partner satisfaction and smooth order processing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and track customer orders with precision to guarantee fast and efficient processing.
• Coordinate actions with Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics teams to streamline operations.
• Provide warm, professional and tailored responses to every customer request, aiming for maximum satisfaction.
• Support overall customer service activities to maintain a reliable service experience.

Required profile

• Previous successful experience in a similar customer service or account management role.
• Strong practical knowledge of SAP to handle daily tasks.
• Fluency in English; French language skills are a valuable asset.
• Excellent communication, natural empathy and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Ability to work in a structured, organized and autonomous way within a team.
