CTO Internship – Corporate Trust Operations

About the role

Join BNP Paribas Securities Services in Luxembourg as a CTO Intern, supporting the Corporate Trust Services and Operations teams. You will gain hands‑on experience in agency services, common depositary activities, and the day‑to‑day tasks of vault officers.

Key responsibilities

• Process tasks related to Agency Services and Common Depositary activities for issues where BNP Paribas Luxembourg acts as Paying Agent or Depositary.
• Acquire a basic understanding of agency services for new issues within international clearing systems.
• Familiarise yourself with corporate actions throughout the life‑cycle of debt issuances.
• Assist vault officers in daily operational activities.

Required profile

• Higher‑education degree or equivalent, preferably in finance, economics or related field.
• Strong rigor, organisational and analytical abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proactive, autonomous and able to work effectively in a team.
• Fluency in French (spoken and written) and good command of English.
