Corporate Finance Trainee (Deal Advisory)

About the role

KPMG Luxembourg is looking for a motivated Trainee to join its Deal Advisory – Corporate Finance & Strategy team. You will support high‑profile valuation, M&A and corporate advisory projects for prestigious clients across various sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior advisors on valuation, M&A and other corporate finance engagements.
• Prepare detailed financial models and conduct financial analysis using a range of valuation methodologies.
• Draft clear client reports, information memoranda and other deliverables.
• Support pitch preparation, including proposal writing and presentation.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and the international KPMG network.

Required profile

• Final‑year Master’s student in Finance, Corporate Finance, Business or a related discipline, needing an internship to graduate.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Proactive, ambitious and client‑oriented.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively within a team.
