Corporate Finance Manager – FP&A

About the role

Our client, a leading international infrastructure investor, is seeking a Corporate Finance Manager to lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities. Reporting directly to the CFO, the role provides extensive exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic decision‑making in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance corporate FP&A processes, including detailed financial modelling for forecasting, budgeting and long‑term planning.
• Produce insightful financial analysis, scenario modelling and sensitivity studies on portfolio performance, inflation and liquidity for Board and shareholder reporting.
• Monitor business performance against budgets, analyse variances and deliver actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Support debt financing execution, preparing lender presentations and managing engagements for bank facilities, revolvers and private placements.
• Build models to optimise capital structure, assess leverage capacity, ensure covenant compliance and evaluate refinancing options.
• Refine the Group’s overall funding strategy to meet growth and liquidity requirements.
• Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives such as capital planning and corporate finance matters.
• Assist the investment team with opportunity evaluation, transaction modelling and sensitivity analysis, prioritising corporate needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, infrastructure or project finance.
• Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the alternative investments sector, particularly infrastructure, is preferred.
• Valid Luxembourg work permit is required.
