Contract Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager to join Soben, part of Accenture, in Luxembourg. The role will oversee the commercial management, administration and governance of contracts across major construction, infrastructure, data‑centre, pharmaceutical, energy and capital project programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full contract lifecycle from procurement and award through administration, performance management and close‑out.
• Ensure contracts are administered in line with company policies, governance requirements and contractual obligations.
• Develop and maintain robust contract management processes and controls.
• Monitor contract compliance, obligations, deliverables and performance metrics.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, contractors, consultants and key project stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for contractual and commercial matters across allocated projects.
• Facilitate communication and collaborative working between project teams and supply‑chain partners.
• Support procurement teams with sourcing and commercial activities as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Contract Manager in large‑scale construction, infrastructure, data‑centre, pharmaceutical, energy or capital project environments.
• Strong understanding of contract governance, risk management and compliance.
• Ability to work closely with project teams, clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders to maximise value and mitigate risk.
