About the role

This role is for an editorial professional who combines strong content expertise with a passion for AI‑driven marketing innovation. Based in Luxembourg and operating in a remote‑first environment, you will help shape a modern content ecosystem focused on visibility across search engines and AI‑powered platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own content quality, AI‑powered content operations, and visibility strategies to ensure accurate, impactful publications.
• Develop and execute Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and AI Optimization (AIO) strategies.
• Monitor brand presence, citation performance, and AI platform visibility, turning insights into actionable improvements.
• Build and maintain AI‑assisted content workflows using tools such as Claude or similar platforms for drafting, editing, tagging, and updating content.
• Establish quality standards, review processes, and checkpoints for AI‑generated content.
• Manage content refresh processes to maintain performance, relevance, and visibility of existing libraries.
• Recruit, coordinate, and manage freelance writers, agencies, video contributors, and AI agents.
• Create detailed content briefs, outlines, and editorial guidance for contributors.
• Proofread, edit, and quality‑check all content before publication.
• Coach writers with actionable feedback to improve content quality over time.
• Support digital community growth initiatives and maintain presence in relevant online communities.
• Collaborate with marketing and content stakeholders on strategy, research, topics, formats, and priorities.

Required profile

• Strong editorial experience combined with hands‑on knowledge of AI content workflows, SEO, and digital marketing operations.
• Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple content initiatives independently.
• Proven experience using Claude or similar AI tools to create and optimise content workflows.
