Content Designer (Conversational AI)

About the role

We are looking for a Content Designer who will craft seamless conversational experiences for our AI‑powered chatbot platforms. You will shape the way users interact with digital assistants, ensuring dialogues feel natural, helpful and aligned with our brand voice.

Key responsibilities

• Design conversational flows, scripts and dialogue structures for chatbots and AI services.
• Create FAQs, prompts, onboarding experiences and user guidance content.
• Define and maintain a consistent tone of voice across all conversational channels.
• Analyze user feedback and conversation data to continuously improve content effectiveness.
• Support chatbot training and optimization through iterative content enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, AI specialists and product teams.

Required profile

• Experience in content strategy, UX writing and conversation design.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
• Knowledge of information architecture and content organization.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities.
• Experience with user research and content testing.
• Multilingual communication skills are a plus, especially French or Dutch alongside English.
