Construction Director

About the role

The Construction Director leads multiple construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards. You will act as the main interface between design offices, owners, and project managers while overseeing site teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise several construction sites simultaneously and define site organization.
• Monitor project progress, contractual deadlines, and operational budgets.
• Validate execution drawings, technical procedures, and ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.
• Lead technical and coordination meetings with stakeholders.
• Manage site managers, construction teams, and allocate human and material resources.
• Participate in financial follow‑up, anticipate budget deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Represent the company with clients and partners, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Public Works or equivalent (Master’s preferred).
• At least 10 years of experience in civil engineering, infrastructure or roadworks projects.
• Proven track record managing multiple construction sites and teams.
• Strong knowledge of public and private contracts, planning, and budget management.
• Leadership, rigor, strong organizational and communication skills.
