Communications & Marketing Internship (English/German)

About the role

As a Communications & Marketing Intern you will support the Group Communications & Marketing team of Deutsche Börse Group, focusing on the Clearstream subsidiary and the Investment Management Solutions segment. You will gain hands‑on experience creating bilingual content, managing social media channels and supporting internal and external communication projects in a leading DAX‑listed financial services company.

Key responsibilities

• Research topics and write/translate content in English and German for press releases, intranet, websites and social media.
• Assist in conceptualising and producing posts for LinkedIn, monitoring engagement and analytics.
• Maintain and upload content using CoreMedia, SharePoint and other CMS tools.
• Support ongoing internal and external communication and content‑marketing initiatives.
• Edit and proofread texts, ensuring brand consistency.
• Perform general administrative and organisational tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s programme (or recent graduate, max 6 months after graduation) with a valid internship agreement.
• First experience in communications or marketing is desirable.
• Strong written and spoken English; excellent German is highly preferred.
• Creativity, good organisational skills and ability to work in a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with social‑media management tools, particularly LinkedIn.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or SharePoint.
• Familiarity with content‑management systems such as CoreMedia.
