About the role

Join Amazon’s 12‑month Career Change Program (ACCP) in Luxembourg. This fixed‑term position places you in a business‑as‑usual role within the Consumer Business, where you will contribute to account, vendor, product or program management while receiving structured onboarding and mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day operations in Consumer Business functions such as account, vendor, product or program management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve search, recommendation, payment and delivery experiences.
• Participate in on‑the‑job learning, training sessions and networking events with senior leaders.
• Maintain and grow relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Career returners with at least 18 months of professional break and prior corporate experience.
• Ex‑military or police personnel seeking to transfer leadership and operational skills to a corporate setting.
• Former professional athletes bringing resilience, goal orientation and teamwork.
• Eligibility to work in Luxembourg without visa sponsorship or relocation support.
