Calypso Business Analyst - Capital Markets

About the role

Synechron, a global digital transformation consulting firm working with financial institutions, is looking for an experienced Calypso Business Analyst in Luxembourg. The role supports functional analysis, business requirements and platform enhancements within a Capital Markets environment.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and challenge business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Analyse Calypso functionalities, workflows and configuration requirements.
• Conduct impact assessments and contribute to solution design.
• Coordinate with technical teams, Product Owners and business stakeholders.
• Support functional testing, UAT and issue resolution.
• Contribute to Calypso enhancements and process improvements.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience as a Calypso Business Analyst.
• Strong functional knowledge of Nasdaq Calypso.
• Understanding of Capital Markets products, including FX, Securities, Money Markets and Derivatives.
• Experience in requirements gathering, functional specifications and testing.
• Good SQL knowledge.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have: experience with Calypso upgrades or migrations, Unix/Linux knowledge and Agile delivery experience.
