Business Intelligence Trainee

About the role

Join a dynamic Business Intelligence team that turns data into actionable insights. As a Business Intelligence Trainee you will support reporting, dashboarding and data‑integration projects while working closely with business users and technology specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing and improving reporting and dashboard solutions using BI tools.
• Support the creation and maintenance of data flows across multiple sources through ETL processes.
• Help ensure data is reliable, accessible and properly structured for reporting.
• Collaborate with business users to capture reporting needs and translate them into practical solutions.
• Participate in testing activities, identify issues and contribute to continuous improvement before deployment.
• Document processes, share knowledge and help raise reporting best practices within the team.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Proficiency with SQL and relational databases.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Strong interest in data, reporting and business intelligence technologies.
• Structured problem‑solving approach and data‑driven mindset.
• Collaborative attitude, willingness to learn and uphold high ethical standards.
