Business Analyst – Process Analysis & Business Transformation

About the role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to lead process analysis and drive business transformation initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand current operations and design optimized future-state processes.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, clarify and formalise business needs in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Assess existing operational workflows and document current business practices.
• Design and define target processes together with business representatives and technical teams.
• Organise and moderate workshops, interviews and working sessions to capture requirements and validate solutions.
• Act as the primary liaison between functional teams and IT throughout the analysis phase.
• Prepare comprehensive functional documentation, including process descriptions, business requirements, gap analyses and meeting deliverables.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum seven years of professional experience in Business Analysis within complex environments.
• Proven involvement in business process optimisation, organisational change or transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis practices, requirements management and project delivery methodologies.
• Ability to engage with both business stakeholders and technical teams, bridging functional and technical perspectives.
• Good understanding of enterprise application ecosystems and the ability to assess functional impacts and technical dependencies.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering practical solutions.

Required skills

• BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) or equivalent process‑modelling standards.
