Business Analyst – PPM Solution Implementation

About the role

The Business Analyst will support the rollout of a new Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) solution for a European client. The role focuses on building a SharePoint‑based knowledge hub, creating testing artefacts, and enabling end‑user adoption through training and communication.

Key responsibilities

• Define, document, and execute core system and end‑to‑end testing scenarios.
• Develop and maintain a reusable PPM knowledge hub on MS SharePoint, including system usage guides, videos, screenshots, and methodology documentation.
• Migrate existing content into the new hub and ensure ongoing knowledge management.
• Create training materials, support delivery, and provide user assistance during go‑live.
• Prepare steering committee presentations and stakeholder communication materials.
• Assist change‑management and project teams with ad‑hoc project support.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital or PPM projects.
• Proven ability to work on‑site in Luxembourg with occasional teleworking.
• Strong analytical mindset and experience in stakeholder communication.
