Business Analyst – Payment Processing Technology

About the role

Dennemeyer, a global leader in intellectual property services, is seeking a Business Analyst to join its Technology business unit. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, focusing on the Group’s backbone payment processing platform used across multiple business units worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business departments to analyse and clarify requirements.
• Develop abstract concepts and design general solutions aligned with business goals.
• Specify, structure and document functional and non‑functional requirements, breaking them into user stories for developers.
• Visualise and communicate concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business and development teams.
• Guide subject‑matter experts in writing clear, actionable requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in mathematics or a scientific discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in requirements analysis.
• Strong ability to abstract and conceptualise ideas.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Proven capability to drive software deliverables from concept to delivery.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in agile environments is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
