Business Analyst – Odoo CRM (Luxembourg)

About the role

Manning Global is seeking a Business Analyst specialized in Odoo CRM to support a client project in Luxembourg. The role focuses on subscription‑based services, cloud platforms and end‑to‑end process optimisation while working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and provide functional consulting for Odoo CRM and related subscription management processes.
• Manage the full subscription lifecycle, including cloud subscription provisioning, billing validation and data quality checks.
• Coordinate incident handling, vendor follow‑up and RFC/change request management.
• Plan, execute and monitor UAT cycles, track defects and ensure production quality.
• Maintain documentation, improve processes and support BAU activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, IT and third‑party service providers.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in functional consulting for subscription‑based platforms.
• Excellent communication in English and French.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage vendor relationships.
