Business Analyst – eFront (Hybrid, Luxembourg)

About the role

We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong experience in complex enterprise environments to join our team in Luxembourg. The role focuses on the eFront platform, combining on‑site collaboration with remote work in a hybrid model.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and prioritise business requirements with key users and owners.
• Analyse change requests together with stakeholders and the external service provider.
• Assess business impact, identify gaps and propose solutions aligned with the organisation’s architecture.
• Produce clear business, functional and project specifications.
• Act as the interface between business experts, GDO stakeholders, solution architects, the Data Governance Office and the service provider.
• Provide Level 2 support, deliver training on eFront and maintain user documentation.
• Prepare and execute test scenarios, test cases and test data, and manage remediation actions.
• Support developers on business and functional aspects and assist with data migrations, cleansing and transformation activities.

Required profile

• Strong experience in Business Analysis within complex enterprise settings.
• Hands‑on experience with the eFront platform.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, analyse processes and write functional specifications.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, developers and third‑party providers.
• Fluent English communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
