Buildings Systems Technician

About the role

The Buildings Systems Technician will support the implementation and technical operation of building technologies, including Building Management Systems (BMS) and electronic security solutions, within a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and provide technical support for Building Management Systems and Electronic Security Systems.
• Interpret construction drawings and conduct project reviews.
• Utilise technical support software such as AutoCAD and MS Project.
• Apply project management methodologies (PRINCE2®, PMP) to ensure successful delivery.
• Prepare technical and administrative documentation.

Required profile

• Higher technical school diploma or equivalent education.
• Minimum three years of experience in building technologies implementation and support.
• Proficiency in technical and administrative writing.
• Knowledge of technical support software and ability to interpret construction drawings.
• Familiarity with PRINCE2® and PMP project management methods.
