Biology Expert (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Biology Expert to help train next‑generation AI systems. Working remotely, you will apply your domain knowledge to create high‑quality data that improves how models learn, reason, and perform on real‑world biological tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, review, and interpret complex biological documents, research papers, and data sets.
• Generate, refine, and validate biology‑focused questions and problem sets for AI training.
• Provide clear written and verbal feedback on document clarity, technical accuracy, and relevance.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary, remote team to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of annotation processes and data pipelines.
• Work independently to meet deadlines while maintaining high productivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in biology (academia, laboratory, or industry).
• Strong reading comprehension and ability to interpret technical scientific literature.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience creating or evaluating technical content such as reports, studies, or problem sets.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Self‑motivated with proven ability to work independently.
