Autonomous Vehicle Test Driver – Luxembourg

About the role

We are looking for reliable, safety‑focused drivers to join an autonomous vehicle testing programme in Luxembourg. As an Autonomous Vehicle Test Driver you will operate test cars on real‑world routes, ensuring safe operation while supporting data collection for future mobility technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Drive autonomous test vehicles safely within designated testing zones across Luxembourg.
• Continuously monitor traffic and road conditions, maintaining high situational awareness.
• Detect potential risks and react appropriately to changing driving situations.
• Follow established safety protocols, operational guidelines, and data‑collection procedures.
• Use tablets and in‑vehicle systems to complete reports and required documentation.
• Inform the operations team about route status, incidents, or unexpected issues.
• Contribute to efficient, high‑standard testing activities.

Required profile

• Valid EU/EEA Category B driving licence accepted in Luxembourg, held for at least 3 years.
• Clean driving history with no major traffic offences or insurance claims in the last 3 years.
• Legal authorisation to work in Luxembourg and ability to pass background, medical and driving‑record checks.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong hazard awareness and ability to stay attentive during extended shifts.
• Good command of English and at least one of French, German or Luxembourgish.
• Comfortable working with tablets and digital in‑vehicle technology.
• Dependable, professional and committed to safe driving practices.
