About the role

The National Commission for the Financial Sector (CSSF) is looking for an Internal Auditor specialized in Information Systems. You will lead audit missions on IT projects, applications and information‑security controls, ensuring that risks are identified and mitigated across the regulator’s digital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and report on internal audit missions covering IT and information‑security domains.
• Identify risks linked to CSSF information systems and verify that appropriate mitigation measures are in place.
• Provide reasonable assurance on the effectiveness of risk‑control measures.
• Analyse audited processes, propose concrete improvements and draft audit reports.
• Follow‑up on audit recommendations and support the preparation and execution of audit missions across all CSSF activities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of experience as an Information Systems Auditor.
• CISA certification is a strong asset.
• Excellent knowledge of internal audit methodology, IT processes and related risks.
• Interest in emerging technologies such as cloud computing, virtual currencies, artificial intelligence and open banking.
• Full professional proficiency in written and spoken French and English; German or Luxembourgish is a plus.
• High level of rigor, precision, confidentiality and ability to work independently.
