Architecte – Airport Project

About the role

lux-Airport is seeking an Architect to lead new construction and renovation projects within the airport’s terminal, service and infrastructure zones. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, from initial studies to final hand‑over, ensuring that each development meets the airport’s high standards for safety, quality, cost and schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Design and plan new architectural projects and renovation works for terminal, service and infrastructure areas, producing plans, models and detailed drawings.
• Prepare design dossiers, obtain necessary authorisations and develop execution documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments, external engineering offices, consultants and regulatory authorities.
• Conduct technical, financial and regulatory feasibility studies.
• Monitor construction progress, guaranteeing compliance with quality, safety, budget and timeline requirements.

Required profile

• Qualified architect with experience in new‑build and renovation projects, preferably within an airport or large‑scale transport environment.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and liaise with external stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and safety standards applicable to airport infrastructure.
