Anti-Money Laundering Specialist

About the role

Ant International is seeking an experienced Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Specialist to support its Luxembourg AML/CTF program. The role focuses on complex investigations, SAR filing, and due‑diligence on high‑risk partners, helping to strengthen the firm’s compliance framework.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct and oversee investigations into potentially suspicious activity from transaction monitoring systems and internal referrals.
• Prepare, review, and file high‑quality Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) in line with regulatory requirements.
• Perform enhanced due diligence (EDD) on high‑risk customers, partners, and foreign agents.
• Identify AML patterns, typologies, and trends that could affect the organization.
• Support regulatory examinations, audits, and internal reviews, providing documentation and participating in walkthroughs.
• Assist in remediation plans for identified deficiencies and promote sustainable compliance improvements.
• Develop and deliver Luxembourg‑specific AML training for employees, management, and the Board.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial crime, BSA/AML compliance, or related fields.
• Proven ability to draft and review SARs and conduct thorough investigations.
• Strong independent judgment, capable of working under pressure.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to challenge assumptions and think critically.
