AI Trainer Lead – Remote

About the role

We are seeking an AI Trainer Lead to shape the next generation of artificial‑intelligence models. Working fully remote, you will ensure AI systems learn from high‑quality, real‑world input and continuously improve their performance.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and score AI‑generated responses using defined rubrics and metrics across diverse domains.
• Annotate and categorize data sets to boost model accuracy and reliability.
• Review content for relevance, coherence, and factual accuracy with meticulous attention to detail.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to guide ongoing model enhancements.
• Collaborate with the client’s team to interpret guidelines and refine evaluation rubrics.
• Document findings and maintain precise records of all annotations and evaluations.
• Conduct critical reading and analysis of complex subjects such as business, finance, marketing, healthcare, and legal matters.

Required profile

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data annotation and content evaluation.
• Strong critical reading and analytical abilities, capable of applying rubrics consistently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for nuanced feedback.
• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• Proven experience evaluating large volumes of content against detailed criteria.
• Background in AI training, machine‑learning data annotation, or related fields is highly valued.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment.
