AI Solution Architect

About the role

We are seeking an AI Solution Architect to join a leading banking client in Luxembourg. The role focuses on designing, integrating and industrialising generative AI and agentic AI solutions within a highly regulated financial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure AI architectures that meet business requirements.
• Translate banking-specific use cases into integration patterns across applications, data platforms, AI models and intelligent agents.
• Collaborate with business, Data/AI and IT teams to deliver AI-driven initiatives.
• Support the deployment and operationalisation of Generative AI and Agentic AI use cases.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• 5-8+ years of experience in solution architecture, data or information systems.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation and Agentic AI architectures.
• Proven experience integrating AI solutions in enterprise environments, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Background in business analysis, solution architecture or project delivery is highly desirable.
